Nearly ten years ago, I contracted with K & J Windows to replace all of the windows and the sliding glass door in my home. To this day, I know I made the right decision to choose this company and have them use Simonton Windows. I remember reading a blog post which stated the importance of using a window contractor who knows how to properly do the installation. The K & J installation team was stupendous from start to finish. Equally important is the warranty. Some of the windows needed minor adjustments about two years ago, so I called K & J, and they sent out a company which Simonton uses for this purpose; this third party did a great job with the follow up and the tune up. The Simonton screen door stopped working correctly a few weeks ago, so I again called K & J, and they contacted a coordinator who in turn provided a new screen door from Simonton and then hired a company to do the installation of the new screen door. The repair company did a great job. Everything was under full warranty. Folks, you’ll be very satisfied and safe going with K & J Windows. They truly care about the product they sell, well beyond their initial installation.

Recently I decided to upgrade my windows for better efficiency. Mine were original to my house. After reviewing people’s comments on line I decided to call K & J Windows. I was very fortunate to find this family owned company. Reading their reviews intrigued me. I called and not only did they take my call but sent someone to my house the next day to measure and give me a quote. The representative was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I had a good feeling because of their customer service. This continued throughout the entire process! If you need a quality company with extra extraordinary customer service, I highly recommend them. My new windows are beautiful and efficient. I no longer feel extreme heat when I hold my hand up to the window.

We did the whole house and they were fantastic! The demo of the old windows and install of the new ones took only a day. They cleaned up very well when they were done and made sure we were happy. I asked them to come back a week later and check on something, and they did! They were just great. They stand by their product and your satisfaction is their top priority. They were recommend by two other people I know and I am glad I went with them. Their pricing was good and their installation fee was totally in line with having 4-5 people working at once. Glad I went with them.

K&J windows did a great job quoting and measuring for a new fiberglass double entry door. Shawn was a great point of contact walking me through the options, install process, and coordinating the quotes. Maxwell came out to measure for the install - he answered all of my questions with professionalism and arrived promptly. I ultimately went another route due to my narrow timeframe for getting the job done (my own fault), but I wanted to leave a glowing review for the K&J team - they will take great care of you!

We had an excellent experience with getting a new front door installed this past spring! Our old door was not a standard size and other folks I had out for quotes weren't nearly as knowledgeable and helpful as our K&J salesman Tony Liethen. He really took his time at our initial appointment to make sure they'd be able to help us out, and it did take the installers probably a good deal longer than normal due to this very old house and door. Even though the install took quite a while, there was no additional cost or quote adjustment after the first quote. The installers did forget one screw and forgot to adjust the threshold, but K&J sent someone right out to get those things tidied up for us and were very professional and nice about all of it! Thank you so much for helping these new homeowners and for your patience and professionalism!

K&J just replaced a sliding door and bedroom window at my 1980 condo. They were very patient as I awaited approval from my HOA. The installation process was great, Abel Misa and Ivan were fantastic.
